About

I'm Rahul Mahato, a cybersecurity student currently pursuing my Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security at Asia Pacific University (APU). My focus is on understanding how systems break — and how to defend them before someone else finds the gap first.

My coursework and self-driven learning span network security, ethical hacking, digital forensics, and secure systems design. I like breaking things down to first principles: reading traffic packet by packet, tracing a vulnerability to its root cause, and documenting what I find so the next person doesn't have to start from zero.

Outside of coursework, I practice on CTF challenges and home-lab environments, building the kind of hands-on judgment that theory alone doesn't teach.
